Who we are
This website is run by Rose & Shine by Simone Cleaning Co, a cleaning business based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. We are responsible for the personal information you send us. You can contact us about privacy at simonecleaningco@gmail.com or on 07535 635578.
Information you send us
When you use the enquiry form, the details you enter (your name, phone number, email address, property type, the service you need and your message) are sent to us through our website host, Netlify, and emailed to simonecleaningco@gmail.com. If you email or call us instead, we receive the details you give us in the same way.
Please only include what we need to discuss your cleaning. Do not send access codes, key-safe numbers, payment details or sensitive personal information by email.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, give you a quote and, if you become a customer, provide and invoice our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. Where we keep invoices and records for tax purposes, we do so to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We will not add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it
Emails are handled by Google (Gmail), which provides our email account. This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores enquiry form submissions on our behalf, and processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the site and filter spam. These providers may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead, we delete enquiry details, including copies held by Netlify, within 12 months. For customers, we keep records for as long as we provide services, and invoices and accounting records for as long as the law requires (normally six years).
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The cookie notice is for information only, and dismissing it is not stored.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. To do so, email simonecleaningco@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
